ABS plastic filter fans include: fan, plastic finned cover, nonwoven filter media and plastic base, plastic fan-holder, terminal block and mounting screws for the electrical cabinet. The filter is made of high-efficiency non woven textile and progressive structure, temperature controlled unbreakeable synthetic fibers. It is temperature and moisture resistant up to 100°C and to 100% of relative humidity, it has a dust storage degree of 650 g/mq. The initial load loss corresponds to 25 Pa. Cleaning: backwash, jet stream or beating-up. Quality is guaranteed by DIN 24185 norms. The filter fan has no parts that stick out from the electrical cabinet , and thus undesired external obstruction is avoided and the electrical cabinet shows improved compactness and design. The quick mounting without screws has the
advantage of reducing installation time. Plastic parts are in self-extinguishing material in compliance to norms UL 94-V0. The degree of protection is IP54 for both intake and exhaust versions.
Note: On all models EMC protection can be requested to protect filter groups from electromagnetic disturbance.
All kits are already assembled, individually packed and ready to be fixed in the electrical cabinet.
Note: Other supply voltages both in AC and DC are available on request.
