In ABS RAL 7035 Plastic › RAL7035 ABS FILTER FAN 130X130 FOR FAN Q119

ABS plastic filter fans include: plastic finned cover, nonwoven filter media, plastic base and mounting screws for electrical cabinet. The filter is made of high-efficiency nonwoven textile and progressive structure. It is temperature and moisture resistant up to 100°C and to 100% of relative humidity, it has a dust storage degree of 650 g/mq. The initial load loss corresponds to 25 Pa. Cleaning: backwash, jet stream or beating-up. Quality is guaranteed by DIN 24185 norms. The filter fan has no parts that stick out from the electrical cabinet, and thus undesired external obstruction is avoided and the electrical cabinet shows improved compactness and design.
The quick mounting without screws has the advantage of reducing installation time. Plastic parts are in self-extinguishing material in compliance to norms UL 94-V0. The degree of protection is IP54. All kits are already assembled, individually packed and ready to be fixed in the electrical cabinet.
Note: On all models EMC protection can be requested to protect filter fans from electromagnetic disturbance.
The antistatic filter insert in natural aluminum (not varnished) guarantees an excellent shield
against disturbances such as EMI/RF. The corrugated aluminum net structure, embedded in
an aluminum frame, confers the whole set good strength and life. Filters are washable with
solvent or degreaser.
