Plastic grids for fans are made in self-extinguishing ABS material in compliance with UL-94-V0 norms.
They include: cover with quick fastening, designed to achieve the minimum reduction of air flow, aluminum net structure, nonwoven textile filter media and base. The filter media is made of high-efficiency nonwoven textile progressive structure, temperature controlled unbreakable synthetic fibres.
It is temperature and moisture resistant up to 100°C and to 100% of relative humidity, it has a dust storage degree of 650 g/mq. The initial load loss corresponds to 25 Pa. Cleaning: backwash, jet stream or beting-up.
Quality is guaranteed by DIN 24185 norms. The mounting holes correspond to those of the fan for ease of assembly.
Protection distances have been determined in compliance with international security standards. Black color.
